'Lil Durk' found not guilty in murder-for-hire case

Three major hip-hop legal battles have reached critical turning points, involving Diddy, Lil Durk, and Jay-Z. New photo evidence recently surfaced in a civil lawsuit filed by former male escort Clayton Howard against Sean "Diddy" Combs and Cassie Ventura. Howard claims the images support his allegations of sexual exploitation between 2009 and 2019, though the defendants have denied all wrongdoing.
In a significant development, Lil Durk was found not guilty on all five federal charges in his high-profile murder-for-hire conspiracy case. Prosecutors alleged he hired a group to kill rival rapper Quando Rondo, but the jury rejected the government's case after three days of deliberations. The defense successfully argued that his former assistant ordered the attack instead.
Meanwhile, Jay-Z suffered a major legal setback in his ongoing defamation fight against attorney Tony Busby. A three-judge panel of California's second district court of appeal upheld the dismissal of Jay-Z's claims, ruling that Busby's pre-lawsuit demand letters were protected communications. However, Jay-Z remains pursuing a separate federal case in New York connected to the withdrawn sexual assault lawsuit.
